Thank you Ruth, after 2 weeks sailing in the Greek Islands I have been busy enjoying myself and noticing the world around me. Your blog certainly resonated with me. Back at my desk now, wishing I was still busy sailing or cycling ! x

This resonated deeply with me - I am definitely redefining my own relationship with productive / successful / busy at the moment. They are definitely NOT the same thing!

But I do need some "busy" to keep me motivated I think... a great topic for self reflection :-)

Totally agree Becca, so easy to confuse ‘busy’ with something that’s valuable and productive. It’s finding the Goldilocks mix that’s the holy grail! I’m sure you, and I will find it…;-)

Such an interesting thing to think about. I love my busyness. I hate my busyness. It is so hard to strike a balance. But when I am Goldilocks busy, with enough time to listen deeply, eat properly, move and have time to think I must remember to note it and value it! Thank you..

It’s a challenge isn’t it Susan! I guess sustaining the right balance and boundaries is the prize we all strive for. Noticing it and valuing it when we find something close to it is a great start :-) Thank you!
